Camping Gabicce Monte

This is an extraordinary camping place. It's placed in nature, up on a mountain with an amazing view, just above the ocean under big trees with large shady spots. The facilities are not fancy but cosy, clean and very well taken care of, and it's totally perfect if you like good vibes and nature. The owners are super friendly and welcoming and the whole vibe around this place is warm and relaxed and makes you feels like home. (We hardly couldn't leave and spent three nights instead of one.) You can see both sunset and sunrise from here, and there an adventurous descend to a wild stone/pebble beach where you can swim in the waves of the ocean (bring bathing shoes). We couldn't recommend more! (And we will definitely come back!) 🫶

The camping is beautifully located and has a breathtaking view over the ocean. The hosts are very helpful and they enthusiastically answer all your questions. The bathrooms were very sanitary and the common area is very convenient. The owners really put their heart into the camping. From Thursday to Sunday you can take a free bus to fiorenzuola where a really nice beach is located at 20 min walking. Grazie mille!

Very nice. Small and cosy and taken care of with much love, which you can feel. Very clean, no thrash or broken stuff laying around anywhere (as we have encountered in other places) The bathrooms are not band new, but very clean and everything is working properly. The view is breathtaking and even though it's so small, they offer alot. Options for grilling, a vending machine, a water heater, a microwave, nice big sinks with hot water for washing the dishes and ones with cold water for washing food. The "dreams corner" which is a cute, dreamy terrace with some stools and a table, with view over the ocean, surrounded by greens, where you feel like you've totally escaped your regular life. There is a second, larger terrace with light and another BBQ option and more tables and chairs. You can access the ocean over a panoramic path which also is well taken care of. It is steep but there is a rope to hold on to most of the time. The employees are all very friendly and forthcoming. If they hadn't closed for the season, we would've spent our whole vacation in the dreamy place even tho we had planned on visiting different places. We loved it very much! Thank you!

I had a great night at this camping in the summer. There was a big storm coming and I only had a hammack, and the owner of the camping did everything what he could to save me from the rain, even gave me some extra rope for the hammack. Also called a friend of his who had apartments for rent, if he has a free room for the night, but the price was too much for me, so I stayed under a big umbrella until the storm stopped. The location is fantastic, I woke up for the first lights of the sun. Thank you for everything!

We made a spontaneous reservation and arrived a bit after their office hours but were greeted by the kind owner of the camp ground, who spoke enough English for us to understand each other. We hitched our tent right at the front, with the view of the Adriatic Sea and were there for two nights. The camp is small, with mostly campers vans and a few tents, so people are close together but quiet. There are also two patios overlooking the ocean and access to the rocky beach below. I recommend you bring earplugs and a sleep mask, even though the camp has quiet time beginning at 10:30, but the sunrise and cicadas will wake you up bright and early, especially if your tent is right at the front! There's also a road nearby that can be heard from the camp but it's not too busy. The facilities are clean and basic, but they even provide toilet paper and hand soap, as well as dish washing liquid for everyone to use. We made use of the fridge as well and everyone is respectful of the others' belongings. We felt safe and recommend this camp ground!

Great small camping on the cliff with amazing view, not crowded with tourists, perfect spot for enjoying the sunset and sunrise over the sea. Run by the owner himlself, Alessandro, who is a great guy and a motorbiker, which makes it a perfect spot for bikers. Also, you can buy good cold local beer there! :) Definitely a place I'm putting on my map for coming back again.
